Kim Thayil revealed to freep.com that a deluxe version of the Soundgarden album Louder Than Love will be reissued for the 30th anniversary of the release. Besides a new mixing, it will also feature some previously unreleased demos
During the interview the guitarist also confirmed that Soundgarden will never record new music or play live music again. In the future there will however be some new unreleased songs, like the six ones ultimated in 2016 that were to feature in the album that was supposed to follow King Animal.
Consequently Matt Cameron, who keeps on playing live with Thayil himself and the band MC50, is back to being the full time Pearl Jam drummer.
