Pearl Jam frontman was the surprise guest at Chrissie Sam & Browny’s radio show, on air at Nova Radio of Melbourne.
During the interview, Eddie revealed that – due to the worldwide pandemic scenario – Pearl Jam’s Gigaton tour could start from Australia at the end of the year or at the beginning of 2022, confirming the rumors about the possibile rescheduling of the european gigs, planned for summer 2021.
Vedder described also the incredibile emotion he feels whenever he sings Black and he talked about one of the best concerts of his youth (Tracy Chapman live at Bacchanal of San Diego, on 24th September 1988). Not only…Pearl Jam singer reminded the feud with Nirvana, completely trumped-up by the media, pointing out its nonsense, “as the rivarly between Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera”, he added and smiled.
