Eddie Vedder is contributing to Record Store Day 2025 with a 12’’ single featuring his covers of Save It for Later and Room At The Top, which he originally released in 2024 on digital platforms for TV-Series The Bear and Bad Monkey.
As part of Record Store Day 2025, Eddie Vedder will release a limited edition 12” ocean floor color vinyl single featuring two covers (The English Beat‘s Save It for Later and Tom Petty‘s Room At The Top) recorded with Earthlings and released for the very first time last year.
This isn’t the first time Eddie Vedder has released a vinyl single for Record Store Day. It happened 13 years ago, when he released the 12″ vinyl single Love Boat Captain/Wishlist recorded live at the Orpheum Theatre, Minneapolis, MN, on July 2, 2011.
Record Store Day will be held on April 12, 2025. Contact your local record stores and let them know that it’s on your wishlist for April 12, and don’t forget to shop indie year-round.
