A new side of Stone Gossard has surfaced: in the last few months, Pearl Jam guitarist appeared several times, by his own or with Brad (his side project), following the footsteps of great protest folk singers of the past, such as Woody Guthrie and Hank Williams.

In the past few weeks, Stone has performed two beautiful Woody Guthrie covers in particular: the classic 'Roll on, Columbia' and 'Deportee'.
